The Greene County Council on the Arts (GCCA) is a non-profit, 501 (c)(3), arts service organization whose range of programs and services includes publication of a bi-monthly newspaper "Arts Alive", Arts in Education residencies in Greene and Columbia County schools, regrant programs for artists and organizations in Greene and Columbia Counties, “Sprouts” summer arts workshops for young children, and a gallery with gift shop open to the public.
