Visiting Nurse Association of Albany Home Care Corporation is a leader in providing high quality licensed home health care services for over 20 years, supplemental staffing to agencies and facilities, and the recruitment and training of home Health Aides and paraprofessionals throughout our service region, with 5 offices covering 18 counties. The main office is located in Menands, with the local office located in Catskill in the Greene Medical Arts Building. The Catskill office’s regular hours are Monday-Friday 8:00A.M. to 4:30P.M. However, you may call our office at any time to arrange for services as after hours calls are coordinated through our telephone exchange.
We provide private duty skilled nursing, home health aides, personal care aides, companion homemaker service in a home care setting, and private duty basis for patients in a hospital or nursing home setting. Our private pay service is for clients who have the means to pay for home care service and may not be eligible for other personal care programs. Our Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program enables local DSS approved clients the opportunity to arrange and manage care with their selected assistants.
Visiting Nurses Home Care also provides Home and Community Support Services for Participants who are eligible for the Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Waiver Program. Our Medical staffing division of Visiting Nurses Home Care provides supplemental staffing for facilities in several counties.
